JOB TITLE:
HR Business Partner

REPORTING TO:
HR Director

LOCATION:
Wolverhampton 3 days a week, London 2 days a week.

Purpose of post: To contribute directly to the success of the business by supporting and partnering with Line Managers at Games Media. Be an integral part of the Management team, deliver value added HR activities that are aligned with the company strategy which helps drive change, improves performance, maximises colleague engagement and identifies and develops talent.

Contribute in ensuring appropriate HR solutions are developed and implemented with business area maintaining consistency, standardisation and reducing complexity where possible.

Principal Accountabilities

Accountable for all HR needs in your business area, providing excellent customer service
Train and develop Managers in policy and people management techniques
Support the disciplinary and grievance hearing and appeal processes where appropriate
Provide expertise in complex disciplinary issues
Support Line Managers in creating an environment where colleagues feel engaged
On-boarding new hires
Minimising financial and reputational risk
Recruit effectively and timely, never compromising on potential hires
Provide accurate management information
Provide operational updates to your Manager

Principal Requirements

A minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience
Have enthusiasm and tenacity
Experience in working in a challenging customer servicer environment
Be challenging and resourceful
Be commercially aware and customer focused
Be computer literate
Have the ability to interact and influence at all levels
Be able to identify issues which need to be escalated
Ensure confidentiality
Be a self-starter who is able to respond and adapt quickly under pressure
Be educated to degree level

Desirable Requirements

Has experience in working for fast paced environments such as software, start-up environments.

JOB TITLE
Graphic Designer (specialising in motion graphics)

Reporting to: Marketing Department
Location : Hounslow, with some UK travel
Hours : 35 hours per week

The Role
An exciting new role has arisen within the marketing team for a graphic designer who specialises in
Adobe After Effects motion graphics. The successful candidate will be ableto produce short promotional videos, advertising company game content on various gaming terminals within betting shops and pub sectors.
In addition to this there will be a requirement to design and produce print ready artwork to support
promotional POS campaigns.

This role would suit a junior designer with one to two years experience in a similar role or a recent graduate
with a portfolio that strongly demonstrates all aspects of this role. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and deliver projects in a timely reliable manner and meet the demands of a group role.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and take direction
in a pressurised environment.
