Technical Support Coordinator

Key Responsibility ...
• Investigation into reported faults and claims from our operation, with timely responses
• Liaison with service team with the investigation of reported faults
• Escalation of reported faults, claims or queries to relevant developers
• Coordination of systems software projects, including communication of timescales and progress chasing
• Management of software releases (content releases, content patches, system updates, etc) and
communication of
• Development and maintenance of documentation for support and coordination procedures
• Assisting Technical Director with research and new technology projects
• Contribution to Development meetings as required
• To assist, where necessary, in any support requirement of the terminal estate
• Actively contributing to the improvement of the design and development approach

Collections Agent
Job Location: Wolverhampton

Games Media are looking for a Cash Collector to Provide an efficient service to customers
regarding collecting, counting and recording any banking of monies from Games Media machines,
Juice, Indego, Juke boxes. Also updating CD’s on music equipment. Delivering and placing
merchandising equipment on site to Cover various promotions.
Key Responsibility...
• To provide a regular cash collection service at a number of Games Media outlets within
a specified geographical area.
• To ensure that each site is visited and each digital terminal and other product is collected on a
regular 7 day frequency in line with Customer and Games Media requirements.
• To accurately count and record the amount of monies in each terminal / machine on an Industry
Standard Collection docket.
• To ensure that the monies in each terminal is apportioned in the correct manner in line with the
individual customers terms.
• To take all reasonable precautions to ensure that any keys and monies are handled in such a way
as to avoid loss through negligence.
• To ensure any monies that require banking are banked on the same day of collection and that any
necessary documentation is correctly maintained.
• To provide training to Licensee’s to allow the Licensee to carry out their own collection.
key Role features...
• To travel to each specified outlet. This will require a large amount of travelling, with some early
starts to the working day and may necessitate an overnight stay on occasions.
• To access each digital terminal and dump the coin hoppers, identify any variance to the specified
float level and top-up and refloat.
• To access and empty the note stacker (where applicable) and cash boxes, to accurately count and
record the monies in each individual terminal / machine.
• To accurately record meter readings and refund any Licensee cash refloat (if applicable).
• To fully and accurately complete an Industry Standard Collection docket for each terminal /
machine to include site details, terminal / machine details, note / coinage breakdown, present
and previous meter readings, cash breakdown and Collector and Licensee signatures.
• To ensure that all digital terminals / machines are left operational and in a secure state following
the collection.
• To ensure that all collections documentation is forwarded to the Games Media office on a daily basis.
• To build relationships with Licensees to promote Games Media’s products and services and feedback
and highlight any comments or issues to the CRM / SCRM.
• Carry out on-site training with the Licensee, covering re-fill, hopper topping, and collection procedures.
• To check on site standards and report any issues to the CRM / SCRM.
• To deliver promotional materials (if applicable).
• To ensure the company vehicle is regularly serviced and maintained and kept clean inside and
out at all times.
• To undertake training to facilitate the transitional period between the Cash Collector and
Trainee Customer Services Manager roles.

We are now looking for an experienced telesales person to optimise income across our digital networked product estate by conducting effective reviews of overall site income and performance and to interrogate data and take action to ensure that obstacles to performance are identified and removed within a timely and co-ordinated manner.
The ideal candidate will have experience of telesales in a pubco environment.
